So last night I purchased the event pass and there must have been some type of lag because it double charged me for it. Once this happened the event goals started messing up.
I’d attempt to claim the rewards, but they never ended up in my inventory. Now I try to claim them and nothing happens.
Additionally every time I log in to the game it says “goal completed”. When I enter event to try to claim it’s bugged. Than I exit event and try to collect resources (oil, food, gold) I get another message “goal completed”.
Ultimately I have been charged double for an event pass and it’s not even working!!!! Very aggravated and would like to have a tech go into my account to figure it out please.
