During the last two period with double rewards for offers the double on video offers in the offer wall haven't worked. I'm not talking on the in game video offers, but the one on the offer wall that normally give 1 crown, but should give 2 from the double reward event.
I've contacted CS in game, but they won't help and points to that the offer wall is handled by Ironsource. I've also tried to put up an ticket at the offer wall, but that also came out with a negative respond from the providers.
Why won't your CS take responsibilty of the offer that doesn't work. You've implemented them in your game. At least they should stop advertising with double rewards on the videos, when it's not there. Double reward on other offers works fine.
