Would like to see high level upgrades - particularly those of planes and factory units given reduced upgrade cost once you have another troop at the same level. For example, if heavy tank has already been upgraded to lvl 2 then the first bazooka upgrade is 50% off. As a high level atomic player I am currently faced with the issue of wanting to try certain units (bazookas, transport mk1, etc.) and experiment with them in my troop composition but it is pretty much pointless when they are tons and tons of expensive oil upgrades behind.

Upgrade Cost is not the biggest problem, the major stopper is: shooter and howie are too good, and no point to use other troop
to kill defenders: shooter has longer range, better DPS compare with Machine Gun / Bazooka / Mortar troops
to destroy buildings: Howie is much bettter compare with Attack helicopter/ Mortar

Yes, every army composition is the same: 4-5 tanks, 5-6 cannons, 1-2 healers, and the rest are rifles. It's a bit boring... Other units needs to be more balanced

The howitzer issue can easily be fixed simply by making it a favorite target for sniper tower.

Okay. That is fixed. Now all compositions use mortars instead. Or whatever people come up with. Optimizing coming up with a common solution for everyone is pretty much what happens. Fixes are never as "simple" as all that.

It is strong. I've found other compositions that have promise as well but it's like comparing troops from the industrial age with troops from the atomic age. It's impossible to tell how it will compare once they are both the same age. With walls becoming much stronger bazookas are much more likely to have a useful role.

Experiment with different base designs. Learn how to use traps, towers & stables together, to cause congestion in your base.

What are you on about? I didn't mention anything about defense and nobody in the thread has.
