Factories and merc camp do not spawn tanks when destroyed

Happend several times, when doing a cleanup on an enemy base they sometimes do not spawn heavy tanks. An ally who did the first attack reported they did spawn tanks.

Merc camps do not spawn heavy tanks but flammpanzers and you have to research it in the library first, it doesn't just come free with the global age upgrade

Because probably my factories wont spawn tanks too. Trying to make the game better

You did not read my post. Go READ my post. The FIRST attacker noticed they spawned. Me, The SECOND attacker noticed they did not spawn. Dont troll me dude.

I didnt notice (or know) those base areas spawn defenders either lol, never seen it before.

It is a global age library tech. Resistance.
It costs a lot of time and resources to get to that tech, no point in doing that if it doesnt work right?
