Feature to find out what can we spend on? Or what?

Can we get a feature where we could determine on what to spend/upgrade/build on with the amount of gold, food, and oil?

Example: I have 350,000 gold. Game says: You can either spend 300,000 on: -Ch.1 (blah blah blah)

You got me or.... ._.

There is a feature like/similar to this already. Next to the Store button, there is a button that looks like a “file” drop down menu. If you tap that button, it suggests what upgrades, research, or other improvements you can make with the resources you have available.

There is a ''recommendation'' tab on the bottom right of your screen, next to the STORE tab, but it sounds like you might already know about this.
