Finally an oil event!!

This seems to be 40% off airstrip and factory as well as 33% off units as well.
This may force an early crown finish of my global upgrade

Argh! Yesterday I hit capacity on my level 3 refinery. I was already upgrading it to level 4, but it wouldn't be ready until Saturday. I hated the idea of oil that I gained on attacks until then just going to waste so I reluctantly broke into my crown stash and finished the refinery early. Then, after some intensive raiding to gather the remaining oil, I started a full-price upgrade for my airstrip. Yesterday! "There's no way they'll do a discount event that only benefits players in the higher ages" I thought to myself. If I had just waited I could have done the airstrip AND my factory both. Last time I hurry something with crowns. Did I mention "Argh!"?

I'm wondering how much of the player base doesn't even see this event? It has to be huge. Is anything going on for pre-oil nations?

Event is great, just to bad all my builders and researches r busy upgrading something for 5 or more days. It's not fair to inform high lvl players about building events the exact moment they start They should inform us few days earlier!

What are the buildings that get the discount? Factory, airstrip......anything else?

There is no deny that its a great sale!!!
...but Im fully IA oil upgraded apart from...Bunker,...yeah you heard that right, Im missing last bunker to lvl 2 for freakin 120k oil and they decide to not do sale on that! Bloody hell!
Also I put IA sabotage upgrade so 6 and half days without armory...awesome! :x
So only thing I can upgrade with a sale is 1 or 2 air defense for stupid gold,,,did I mention how great event this is for me?

I was going to crown the last 75k of oil for my airport upgrade yesterday but didn't get around to it. Same happened to me the last time we had a similar event. I'm a happy camper.
