Frequent Crashes During Wars

Several players are experiencing catastrophic crashes during wars after the latest update. Nexon/BHG Customer Service insists they are due to the players' connection or device. They are not.
Nexon/BHG: please elevate this catastrophic glitch to your senior developers. The Update brought back War crashes. Players are losing all in each crash: Troops, Tactics, Coalitions, Mercs... very frustrating.
And no, a meager 300 crown compensation does not address the loss of all assets in the middle of an attack.

I agree with you
In less than a week we had twice the same problem
Except that one player was compensated and the other not at all

It is the new policy, double standards

We had a player crash, lost everything including troop cards, with zero compensation from CS.

Definitely an increase in crashes. I keep telling our players to report it to cs but receiving crowns DOESNT FIX THE PROBLEM! And when it happens to the leader and her five star attack registers as two stars she is NOT HAPPY!
