Game crash on loading

When I load the game in the loading screen it gets to 20% and then crashes please help me I really looking forward to play I did everything I reinstalled the game and even reset my phone to factory defaults please help me

Hi everyone, I'm having the same problem as davidman2 my game dosen't open… It crashes when the green bar is filling. Making it impossible to open. I tried the same things, reintall, restore, opened 5gb of free space and contacted customer service… Didn't solved, the game still crashes!!! please guys give us a solution for are problem. thanks

It doesnt matter whether I use android or ios, wifi or mobile, my regular base will not load. Six days here too, and Im a leader. lucky I appointed multiple co-leaders after this happened once before.
Apparently we have now missed two events.

I'm now close to 2 weeks m8 it's really frustrating

I had the same problem - took 8 days to get from first email to CS and go though memory problems, connection problems to get it to escalate up to somebody to fix corrupt base data.

Basically it's the same as if your car won't start, eliminate the simple - out of fuel, flat battery, tree stuck in engine bay, etc until you get to the problem. So answer the emails the best you can, what you have done, restart game, delete & reload game, test WiFi versus Cellular, try friends WiFi, and tell them your user ID, device, OS

I can't log in into my account from another device neither it's seems to be my account is bugged and I need to change it while I'm not in game how I change player ID from outside the game??

I too am struggling with this issue for about 24 hours now. Unable to load on tablet or phone (android), both of which worked fine before, tells me that its an account bug. I also tried uninstall/reinstall and restarting tablet to factory preset to no avail. I'm a leader as well so unfortunate for me and alliance. Hope developers come up with a fix soon.

We have not yet identified the source of the problem, which unfortunately means that there is no way to provide an estimate on how long it will take to fully address. Once we find the problem, we will begin preparing a fix to get you and every other affected player back up and running as quickly as possible. I truly appreciate your understanding while we continue working to resolve this matter. I’m afraid that there is no further information I can provide at this time; however, once we narrow in on a fix for the solution, we will let you know. I am playing two accounts on two devices. Every since the update, one device has crashed constantly on the loading screen while the other works fine. Now i end up playing both accounts on one device via google play.
