Game crashes every time I battle

Since the update my game crashes every time I battle. Using an ipad pro, latest ios, closed all other apps and even deleted and reinstalled my game. Any ideas how to resolve?

Maximus2019 Hi there, just for me to understand, what do you mean with crashes? Just to be sure you are not referring to lags. Yesterday during a ww battle the game closed unexpectedly (some kind of connection error). This is annoying but it happens only once on a while, not every attack.
My suggestion is to turn the sound and music off from the game (not from the ipad) but in any case it does not sound reasonable with an IPAD pro as I have a ipad air 2019 and it works properly, with no lags.

Thanks fir replying. All sound and music is turned off, I clear all apps, everything is up to date. Every time I attack, the hame crashes out to the home screen. Every other game I plat such as coc has no problem so can’t be my wifi. Also, the same thing happened when I usef my iphone to battle. Really annoying,
