Game crashes, no name, cant change settings, no alliance gate for me, etc.

I downloaded dominations to my iphone and was really enjoying the game. Then I realized that I did not have a settings button, and was missing several of the game features such as my name, couldn't click on the alliance gate, etc. SO i tried to download it to my ipad and when it opened I selected load from gamecenter. It then tried open and then closed. I then tried it again on my phone and now the game will not open. It gets to the big logo and crashed. I would just start over but I have already spent money on the game and don't want to lose my purchase.

I have submitted a ticket (22904) but was hoping someone here might have an answer. I am coming from one horribly glitched game and hate to think I am joining a new game that is broken.

dug out my old deactivated iphone 4s and was able to at least logon and get into my account. The game still crashes on start-up on my new iphone and ipad. So woo hoo for that!

Problem is I still can't activate my alliance gate, no name, no settings button, etc. Very frustrating. here is my account at level 6. I am now level 7.

Alright. Loving this game. Just went to do a mission map in "Ruling the Nile," and had the game crash. Good news is I only lost my whole army! I am trying this game because Gree cant get "Modern War" to work right. I was enjoying the game. Let's see how long it takes Customer Service to resolve these problems.
