Game crashing after Dojo timer hits zero

This seems to be a problem for a lot of people whose Dojo timer has run out. I can no longer log in on Android or iOS. Have uninstalled/reinstalled/rebooted/reset both devices with no luck.

Yes, I've opened a ticket with Customer Support, but I wanted to start this thread here to see how many are having this problem.

The game launches and after the progress bar on the splash screen gets to about 10% is crashes back to my home screen. Does this same thing on both Android and iOS which tells me it is a server side issue.

Same thing going on for me. Dojo expired and can't get past the title screen. I also opened a ticket and got what looks like a standard reply email from nexon that says they hope to get to you within 24 hours.

Lots of other people are having the same issue. Check the bugs and issues page. There's 4 or 5 threads going with the same problem. Hopefully they fix it soon...

Why are you so sure it has something to do with the Dojo timer running out?

Same thing is happening to me. My timer ran out tonight and the last time I looked at it I had 38 mins left. Now I get the same crash you do. My second account on my laptop works fine.

EDIT - And now it works but the dojo is gone like it should be.

This happened to me, a customer service ticket resolved it. I dont know for sure that it was related to dojo expiring, but it did happen at that time and I was completely locked out, crashing at about 10% loaded like you said.
