Game not working properly on Iphone.

Hey. So my iphone 5s died and i got a new iphone 6. I cannot recover the game to my new phone. I keep getting the message: existing account. We can't connect you this Gamecenter account because it has already been linked to an existing game. However there are no Dominations! Showing in gamecenter at all! I've tried to remove the app and reinstall it but the same village keep popping up and the same message. I have had a mail conversation about this with one of your gm's but with no luck. Is it possible for you to manually reset my account or something so that i may enjoy the game without that annoying message everytime i log on?
And why don't the game show in gamecenter? If the game is saved to gamecenter shouldnt i be able to manually delete it?
