Hello I switched my telephone iPhone 6s to iPhone 13 mini. Game was running on iPhone 6s but It isn't run on new device. What is the cause of crash?

Definitely reach out to our CS team that seems odd that the 13 mini wouldn't be able to work with the game. There is an issue that players have been running into with a pop-up window saying "illegal program detected" if that is what you are running into we're still working on that.

There is no illegal program detected pop-up window. Game crashes on splash screen and cannot connect GameCenter account to pick up where I left off on the other device.
