Game STILL crashing on load.

Since the last maintenance my game will not start. I have cleared all data and cache, I have deleted and reinstalled the app. I tried to open the game on a totally new device that is unrooted. It still crashes on load. I tried logging into the game on someones device by switching users through google games; it crashed and required the game to be installed again so that it was usable by original account. I gets all the way to the first couple of notes from the game music before it crashes.

Im the alliance leader. Does anyone have any ideas?
