game unfortunately close on emulaator

the global version of game (9.970.970) unfortunately closed on emulator. there is problem is for anyone?

Right click on the Bluestacks icon and click on 'Troubleshoot compatability', then click on 'Try recomended settings' and then 'Test the programme' - it might tell you what's wrong

ok thans. this game just work on bluestacks? i tried on memuplay but dont work on it
