Glory decay

You really have to do something about the inactive alliances in top 100!
For new players , this game must look dead allready.
In top 20 alone there are 7 alliances with less then 10 members.

Please add a feature for a weekly glory decay.
Lets say, no wars for a week is -250 glory.

That way the "parked" alliances get filled and active again. Or slowly get removed from top 100.

Maybe you can make Hall of Fame for alliance and/or rank (medal) which store top glory and medal achieved, but for active alliance rank should only for active alliance

Why would an alliance which managed to reach top 100 would be interested in stop warring out of fear of dropping?

I do like the idea of "Glory Decay", just not sure how to implement it fairly...

A fair implementation would be a monthly 'inactive penalty' and a monthly 'active reward', or ''consecutively-active reward'' within a given month.
eg: 1000 extra for 3 wars in a month, 2000 for 5 in a month, etc. Nexon wants to encourage wars, yes?
This should change the leaderboard rankings quicker since it will both take points away from inactive alliances and add extra points for consecutively active alliances.
Unless I'm mistaken I think active alliances would love bonus points in addition to the points won from battles?
