Gotten the wrong base and level??? It has been a week now????

When I logged in a week ago I have gotten another base that is not mine, I was level 38 Medieval age, Now I am at level 20 with a whole different base all my upgrades everything is gone, I have send a lot of emails and complaints on thursday I got a email asking for my gamer id, device info ect I have sent it but still nothing when will this be fix I want my orignal base back so I can continue playing, I have spend money on crowns to upgrade to where I was now that was all for nothing, this is very frustrating???????????

In the same boat. Very disappointed. Almost feels like we are playing a beta version of this game with the massive amount of bugs.

Same.......I have even gotten a ticket that says your issue has been resolved. I have even gotten two emails that have asked me how satisfied I am with Nexon support. Yet I am still looking at the same city that is not mine. Odd.

Finally got a response after 8 days asking for screen shots. I sent them in. Guessing it will be another week before I hear back. Very disappointed .

Bump. The same thing happened to me on 4/21 and I've emailed support 5 or 6 times over the last few weeks and gotten no response. This issue is far more serious than the ones that have been getting all the attention lately. Imagine logging in and all of the sudden your base is gone and it has been replaced by someone else's who is many levels behind where you were, and who selected a different wonder. Username = gtmac
