Guard Dogs!

I remember years ago playing a pc game (Comand & Conquer??) where defending bases sometimes had guard dogs to attack those sneaky units slipping past your Tesla Coils. It occurred to me that would make a great addition here as well! Kennels could be the size (footprint) of a house with the trigger radius of the garrison maybe? You can build one in the Medieval Age that spawns one or two guard dogs. They move as fast as Raiders and target any of the sneaky units (Comandos, Ninja, etc...) causing double or triple damage to them. (Not sure what a good base damage would be.) Guard Dogs would (possibly) only spawn once much like the Comand Post. As you progress through the ages you earn/buy additional Kennels and in turn spawn more Guard Dogs (and resource raids for dog food lol). Feel free to elaborate on this idea.

I don't like the idea but i liked the game very much. It was called c&c : red alert 2

You could start off with a jack russell from a lvl1 kennel - up to a rottweiler from lvl8 ??

Nice idea but , there are no sneaky units in medieval age nor gunpowder age :/

The sneaky units we do have (commandos) are already fighting an uphill battle, with guard dogs they'll be completely useless. Because Domi has stables and garrisons spawning troops all over that can attack commandos, adding yet another defensive unit to take out commandos just doesn't make sense. It was however super cool in red alert...one of my favorite games of all time.

What bothers me is when my tanks (who r only supposed to go for def. bldgs.) break off of their ONLY MISSION to fight foot soldiers, lol. Meanwhile an anti tank gun sits a few feet away picking off (and obliterating) my army. What makes the matter worse is when artillery/Canons/Howitzer's r involved! They seem to ignore them, but (like cat nip to cats) can't seem to stay away from those who hurt them the least. Can u pls look into this for me, maybe the devs can adjust the tanks AI a little? Frustrating to c them break off to fight little foot soldiers and then ignore Artillery/Canons/Howitzer's ripping them to shreds. Ty.

What if there was village fighters I' play the Japanese houses were supposed to be protecting the base I think that villager fighters would be an awesome addition to the game instead of cowarding in there houses

Well you got me on the Medieval Age but I know darn well that GP gets attacked by EA all of the time so in that way it might prove useful.
I can't wait for that pack of Jack Russels to spring into action!!
