Guns of the Sultan Event reset

The current event "Guns of the Sultan" was reset today, with only 2 days left. I was already at stage 4 and only needed to train ~60 tanks to complete the 5th stage. I didn't claim the money and foot rewards (2nd and 4th stage), because I didn't want it to get stolen from my market and mill, but now all is lost

Is there a way to contact the Nexon people and get me back at the point where I was?

While running the Guns of the Sultan event, we encountered an issue where some players had lost their progress, resetting them to the start of the event with very little time remaining. In order to make up for this error, we have awarded all players who earned the first tier rewards with the final reward of 4 Veteran Troop Chests. You can find these in your inventory now.

The Guns of the Sultan event has been concluded - thank you for training your nation's troops!

that was good and bad. Good cause all got the chests but bad for me since I only needed 900 more foot soldiers to get the chests anyway. Some people got double the number of chests....

4 chests or 8 chests, no big deal in the grand scheme.
This is a great example of the company being magnanimous on the right occasion, and nobody at Nexon died as a result of their generosity!
