I reported a similar player to CS 10 days ago. They said they would take care of it after seeing the screen shot. Yesterday I was matched with the same player AGAIN! What's the point in reporting these guys if no action is taken?

Didn't even cough up for the Starter Pack. Should have taken his GP house, left him with 5. And Classical house, down to 4.

Hey guys! I'm sorry I caused you so much frustration! Some of these corrupted bases surface from time to time with two town centers or sometimes no town center at all. This does not necessarily indicate foul play, rather a bug that wasn't reported to CS by the player. We are doing our best to find and repair all of these bases, but some of them manage to slip past the reach of our tools.
We sincerely appreciate you folks locating and reporting this base. If we notice anything shady with this account moving forward, it will be addressed. Thanks!

Oky here is another one of the same bug/cheat .. Double amount of each type of buildings and this one obviously doubled the amount of his walls too
