Here’s what Hannibal looks like

His oil requirements are minimal, nothing over 45K except for the capstone which 68K. Mostly time consuming as some of this higher levels can take up to 15 days. Spawns 2 melee elephants when deployed. His spawned elephants seem fairly weak and it’s unclear if their HP/DMG level when you level Hannibal. He’s level 21when deployed which had better stats than MacArthur at 31. He also benefits from his 30% general HP boost which applies to all generals. At level 21 he’s not all that great, I suspect once you start leveling him up over 30 he’ll be pretty good.

i guess the stats you see on him while he’s grayed out is his stats at lvl 1

Interesting that his HP in the fort shows as lvl 21 = 19354. Very ordinary if that's true.

Where do you see that? He starts at level 21 and mine shows over 43,000 hp which is really strong for a 21 general. Maybe that’s showing the level 1 stats, that also doesn’t factor in the 30% HP boost you get when you finish researching Hannibal.

Strange. On my 2nd account I see his level as 21 but his hitpoints are 19515. This is when l look at him in my fort, although he's greyed out (unavailable).
Is your Hannibal available? Maybe the stats show correctly when he's unlocked.
