How are people targeting multiple buildings at once?

Hey Guys, bit of a noob here looking for answers. When I watch my defense replays it shows the attacker targeting multiple buildings at the same time. There is definitely not 30 seconds in between targets. Can anyone tell me how they're doing this? When I attack I can only seem to target a single building once every 30 seconds.

if u put the bulding close enough, i can put a rally in the middle between 2 buildings therefor targting those 2

This also works with the sabotage spell to hit multiple defensive buildings at the same time.

Certain troops types also target certain building types... I might drop archers, horse raiders, and horsemen all in the same exact spot and they all head in three different directions to seek their preferred target. German nationality and Banners research also both shorten time between rallies.

Another tactics to achieve the same effect...

You could punch a hole in the wall near a defensive structure, e.g. a tower No.1.
Deploy 6 infantry units to the field near the hole. Usually they will head towards this tower No.1. During they are destroying the tower No.1 send another 6 units to the field.
When the tower No.1 is down, target (rally) your units (6+6) to the next defensive structure in the vicinity, e.g. Tower No.2 .
Afterwards you can deploy the rest of your army near the third defensive structure - tower No.3 for instance.

rally points don't always help. actually I only use them to occasionally unstick cavalry from walls, or to speed up attackers near the end of the battle in order to 100%. try just using the troops natural attack preferences instead of rallying to a defensive structure at every chance you get.

I tend to use mine to gather the idiot troops that want to hit a wall by themselves instead of attacking something useful lol

I hear ha. it's like they can't attack the same wall section no matter what.

I use the Rally to gather troops together, usually back from the action so the First Aid and Supply Cart can do a concentrated job. Works well with ballista/troop/supply combo.
