How BHG/Nexon really feels about the Excessive Cheating that has overtaken the game

Since Nexon never responds honestly about the cheater issue let me respond on their behalf. I have personaly contacted them dozens of times about the cheating problem. After dealing with Nexon for months, the following is what I feel Nexon really thinks about this.

Dear customers, we are fully aware of the cheaters in the game. We knew that the flawed security measures built into the game would be a prime target for cheaters to exploit before anyone did, but we didn't care then and we dot care now. We monitor our game so we can obviously see all the same cheater you do, but WE DON'T CARE.

All we care about is selling crowns. So please be patient while we continue to milk as much money out of the game as we can before enough people realize how we do business. Please realize this is not the only serious bug or flaw in the game that we must ignore and we feel an obligation to ignore them all equally.

Once again, please be patient and rest assured we at Nexon are hard at work ignoring ever problem as best we can.

This is just a straight forward bashing. Although I sympathize you into some degree, nothing will come fruitful if you resort to whining.
All I knew is this how they feel about cheaters.

You are correct it is bashing but the bashing is based on fact.

I play the game every day and have been playing it just about every day for about 8 months. Sorry to say this but that image you posted means nothing.

Go look at the leader boards and see if you really think Nexon is doing ANYTHING of substance to remove the cheaters in the game.

Look at your logs. When was the last time you won a defensive battle? I win one or two every day but the attacking players shuts down to avoid the loss so it won't show up in the log, which result in me loosing the resources they took,no credit or medals for a defensive win and me having to absorb the cost of resetting my traps. So even though I win a couple of defensive attacks a day I have not recored a win or benefited from a defensive win in weeks because of the force shutdown exploit. After 6 months of this happening daily how much loot and how many crowns do you think this has cost me and others in the game? We are talking serious loot and crowns here folks.

I paid real money to play this game, I have devoted my time and energy, have built a decent alliance and a pretty strong base. I get no pleasure bashing Nexon or any company. My alliance and myself just want to play in a fair and stable gaming environment, that is not dominated by cheaters and daily resource stealing bugs.

I would much rather be doing anything other that bashing Nexon on here but I'll be damed if I am going to remain quiet while Nexon continues to bring in revenue while refusing to address these very serious issues in the game that effect us all.

Sometimes you gotta get mean and tough to get results, especially when dealing with businesses that try to take advantage of there customers so if they keep on stealing my alliances resources and ignoring the problem I will keep bashing the heck out of them and I suggest everyone do the same.

Ethics, I've been playing for about 8months too but at the end of the day it's still a game. While the bugs and hackers are frustrating, you're complaining about ''absorbing the cost of resetting your traps?!

Dude, do you realise you're complaining about 0's and 1's of code ???! Perspective my boy.

I don't understand why people keep missing the point and focusing on the small individual items I mention as examples. Please try to look deeper into my messages and realize there is usually more than one perspective when looking at things. This is not about me or how Nexon has treated me, it is about how Nexon treats all of its customers.

Yes, you correct, its just a video game and from a gamers perspective all I want to do is play it like I do all my other video games. Play it without being constantly locked out, having bugs steal my resources daily or having to compete with all the cheaters Nexon has allowed into the game.

The other perspective is Nexon's perspective. For them it is a multi-million dollar business, a multi-million dollar business that is marketing and selling a flawed product, which they have refuse to fix for at least 6 months. Thats right boys and girls they are making millions of dollars on theses games, which is fine, just make the game work the way it is supposed to and if it dose not then fix it. This is the perspective we should be focusing on.

So when it comes down to it, as a paying customer I'm not complaining about the faulty 1's and 0's. I'm complaining about the millions of $ that Nexon is making off of this flawed product while at the same time refusing to stabilize it or make any honest effort to deal with all the cheaters.

Raven believe me, I rather be enjoying the gamers perspective but Nexon's approach to its business perspective won't let me.

Feel you on your comment been playing over year and half, yes 6-8 months ago it was insane with havkers and cheats. Know for fact sent in 8-9 screen shots alone on different players and saw a decrease in large way 1-2 months after many where reporting plyrs.

Since 8/2015 when they added the three new countries to game, there has been a big jump in new hacks and cheats.

No way am I defending NexonM or support, they create 80% of their headaches from how they respond to those reporting issues that are trying to help keep game many enjoy playing. Be as fair and balanced for all players from same standards and options all have to play game.

Bugs known issues:

Just posted one found 2 days ago and reported 2nd time same player 12 hrs later that clearly shouldnt be in league list of players.

Will say their are several in support that have addressed issues, they do have huge opportunity work customer service in support with many who create added issues from way they choose reply.
