A difference I have noticed between DomiNations and CoC is that in CoC you can visit someone's base and click and check the building information. You can view the building/wall HP, resource levels and army numbers. This functionality isn't active in DomiNations at the moment but surely it would help staff to quickly check through the leaderboard to spot army counts exceeding barrack capacity (and generals) and excessively high HP on buildings and walls!? Perhaps they do have this functionality and we don't but I just thought I'd mention it.

Tempting, but I don't have your incredible patience.
As the game stands now, it is so frustrating it makes me want to chop off my own
's with a samauri sword.

Thanks for taking care of him. We all appreciate to see those cheaters getting banned.
I saw Lepi dropped 400 medals and is now sitting around 3000. Not sure if his account was deactivated and he took a beating or whether he's just trying to stay under the radar... For players like him, you guys should have an automated script to flag any account higher than 163. Just like you should flag any account with more than 1 town centre, 3 barracks etc...
Then remains the problem of the current top players making a run for 4000 medals, having not slept for the last 2 weeks from what we can tell with revenge from many players across multiple time zones.
There are other small fish swimming around and we can't catch them individually, there needs to be global scripts to check for obvious cheats based on experience levels, number of buildings, number of troops etc...

So customer support has been dealing with Fvarandas and sent a reply saying he's a cheater and he will be banned for ONE day!
Is this serious?? Just one day? This guy needs to have his account deleted. Period. I won't put screenshot of communication with CS here, I'll probably get banned from the forum for that.
But if you only ban him for one day, here is the message that you are sending to the whole community:
Cheat with unlimited crowns, get your base to level 160+.
Then attack all other players with as many troops as you want and get to top 5 of the leaderboard.
If you ever get caught, we'll give you a one day warning, send you in the corner and then you can come back.
It doesn't matter that you prevent him now from using more than 2 generals, he already has his base maxed put and sits on 3400 medals. He already used all his cheats to get there and all you are saying is don't do it again but just keep everything you already have.

PS; I don't think CS can (or even has a way to) differentiate between hacked and legitimate crown purchases. These cheaters just look like huge spenders to them.

Hunter Killer, your comments are almost identical to other players like Timo, Sioux, and In10se. Those guys were near the top of the leaderboards, spent lots of money and have quit in frustration. You probably haven't even heard of them, but they were once top players and big contributers to these forums. I'm still playing because I just don't take this game too seriously anymore.
Cheating has always been bad in this game, but I must say that it's only got worse. There was a lot of cheating going on during the limited release phase of this game. Plenty of players, including myself pointed these out to Nexon. Nexon did nothing. Issues way back in February/March included broken peace treaties, hard-closing exploits, stay online exploits, players using spawning too many troops on defense and attack, players layering defenses, players with too many buildings, players altering HP of buildings and attacking troops, and of course the crown hackers. The only thing that has changed...is that the original players complaining have now all left the game and the forums.

Fvarandas is currently sitting at #9 in the leaderboard. I've been monitoring him for the last few days and he's starting to earn medals again. So I guess he's back and active...

Yes aussie guy, these guys were from before my time, haven't heard about them before.
I'm actually playing casually, at least way less than what people would think. I like this game especially because it is possible to get ahead by thinking a little bit out of the box and be able to optimize medals and resources gained per hour, without necessarily having to pay.
The cheaters are a big issue, not to me personally but to the game in general and to BHG/Nexon in terms of potential revenue. Once they realise that, maybe they'll work harder on fixing it. The only driver for development is money. Having cheaters means no money from legit players. Or at least not as much as they could potentially earn.

Fvarandas and his 6 generals are back to #5 spot. Congrats to him for getting there and we can't wait for him to take the top #1 spot indeed. That one day ban hammer set him back 10 spots but now he's back and on his way up.
