Huge set back!

The top member in my alliance, global lvl 187, couldn't log into the game today for several hours. When finally was able to connect his base was set back with 5 levels, about one month of grinding. Lots of upgrades, buildings, walls, generals are missing, and all the crowns he bought and spent in this time are back in his account. What is this?

P.S. I write for him, cause he doesn't speak english.

My friend just lost his village. Rollback from lvl 50 to lvl 23. He sent a ticket but no response. Fix this or we both drop the game and will ask for our money back.

Hi, i'm here to report the same bug. Two Allies reported this same issue this morning..several levels missing and months of upgrades.
What is nexon going to do about this?
These are players that have also spent money on the game.
We'd like to have answers about it, ASAP.
And start thinking about a huge compensation for that, if you are not able to fix it back.

Nb4powerup please give us answers.

Here to report the same issue. I went to sleep with everything normal and woke up having lost about 2 weeks of progress including 2 general upgrade levels from 13-15, 4 dock upgrades, 4 libarary techs, and 3 university techs, and that's all ive noticed so far.

I hope Nexon handles this issue correctly or this may be my last straw. Ive never lost progress before through any of the bugs I've had and that will kill the game for me.

I created a forum account to report the same issue. I went to sleep with everytjing as normal and woke up with about 3 weeks of lost progress. So far I've noticed 4 libarary techs, 2 general levels from 13-15, 4 levels of the new dock, and 3 levels of university research are all gone. It's probably tied to another event reset failure aince that reset as well.

I hope Nexon are prepared to fix this issue satisfactorily because, through all the previous bugs, I've never lost hard earned progress and this would kill the game for me if they offer the standard 300 crowns of appeasement.

My Yoda account has also experienced the same issue where all of my updates from the past month or so are gone, I've dropped from 142 to 140 exp and lost a lot of resources. I've sent in a support request with photos of what my account looks like now and then and also referred them to my YouTube account (DomiNations Yoda) to show what the account looked like a few hours ago. I'm hopeful they will be able to fix this issue and will update this thread when I hear anything.

I hope Nexon is prepared to handle this issue satisfactorily. Through all the other bugs I've experienced I never lost village progress and the standard 300 appeasement crowns won't cut it this time.

I've been patched on IOS 10 for a long time, updated my Dom ap, logged in multiple times after all said updates - NO ISSUES. Log in this morning and "reset" over 2 weeks. This smells like a server crash unrelated to the client OS.

I'm on Android 6.0.1...same thing happened to me. . . im not sure how far back i went, but definitely more than 14 days. . . everything lost. . resources used not returned , not to mention all were done under discount events . . . so there's that, account: stylgar

We're looking into this issue now. It looks like a bunch of users have had their game progress rolled back. As we investigate the extent of the issue we will be posting updates in the thread linked. Thanks for your patience while we get this issue resolved!
