HUGE Tactics/Academy Bug!!!

The whole purpose of having stored tactics in inventory was to be able to use them when the academy is upgrading. But I found you can't do it!

Before if you had tactics training/completed in academy while the academy is upgrading, any tactics training would still continue like troops/barracks upgrading.

Since I had tactics retraining and started academy upgrade, tactics training has been PAUSED and now I can't use tactics in my inventory either!

TinSoldier this is the biggest game crippler I have ever encountered aside from decoy lag. No point in allowing tactics in inventory if we can't use them during academy upgrade.

If you start the upgrade with empty tactics, then you can use your stored tactics. So I think the problem is that you are allowed to upgrade when training tactics. See the library or university, they display a message if you try to upgrade when a research is being made.

or like barracks were you ARE allowed to finish out training if upgrade starts. its very inconsistent operation.
