I can't login

I have been trying to login all day without any success, it seems the game cannot connect to the Internet and just stuck on the login screen indefinitely. Any solution or suggestions please to resolve this. cc Nb4powerup

update6 :
monday is almost over , now 10 days without the ability to access the game . It is funny that i once read one of the game masters said nothing more important than letting players play the game and it is their first priotity , well i think 10 days is a quite long time for any player to abandon any game specially after sending 20 mails and writing on their forum . I am not sad for the 250 medals i lost or the resourses i lost or even the event i had no chance to do . I am sad of what i got from the game promise of investigation and fixing but the result is nill , i even read one of the facebook said he is new to the game just when registered his account and first time to start the game it gave him that is he is banned for suspicious activity and domi replied to him to contact CUstomer support , well my friend do not be optimistic:) , please Nb4powerup if there is someone who really care to make players play , make him fix my account , i do not care for xp or my loses but at least allow players to play

Update 7 :
my account still not working
i have an email from Chris R saying he contacted the developer and they are still investigating this they still can not correct my account and they will continue working .
11 days and nexon Developers can not correct one account problem , i am really disappointed .

Update 8 :
still my account problem exists (nearly 2weeks now )
-a strange incidence happened , that i could open the game for 30 secs but then all the same old issue occured even through other devices and net connections and still other accounts work fine but mine not
- i have informed Nb4powerup about a concern that may be the reason of my account problem with the server (university related thing ) it may be false or true i do not know , i just need my game running back
- and again i am waiting and still grabing the hope they may fix it , i will keep updating

Update 9:
my account still not working
- the new thing is i have been contacted by customer support and they informrd me that they had fix my account and want me to check . When i checked it was the same problem so i informed them and they start investigation again . Really really it is frustrating and disappointing. I will keep updating .Nb4powerup

imagine to get to level 198 and dynasty and high rank on leader boars with good reputation in ur alliance and then two weeks with no access to ur account . And nexon developers are not able to fix one account in two weeks !!!!!!!!!!!! What a disappointment :-(

But to be fair Nb4powerup is helping as much as he could and some game masters as well , i think the problem is with ppl who is investigation my account (developers) . I hope they spend time and effort to fix it , i do not want to be writing here in the Christmas or even write "fix my dominations account " to santa :)

Update 10 :
- my account still not working
- second : i hope u did not get bored of me and my continued updates but i need to make it as a reference for all who might face any same in the future and i will continue to the end :)
- i have just got a mail from game master chris R again and he informed me that they are continuing the investigation and the case is with developpers to fix and to ensure my account is back up and running .
- i have replied , and asked him a question that might alot need to ask which is : Do game masters and developers work all around the week or they take werkend vacations ?? I mean is the support 24/7 or not ??? And Nb4powerup if u could answer that it would be much appreciated ???
- i will keep updating thx again for ur continuous patience (game support style ) :)

- they did not answer my question about working in weekends but here is there reply when i ask they could fix my account before week end "I'm afraid that based on the complexity of the issue. Monday is the earliest we can expect this to be up and running. I'm deeply sorry that this means you'll be unable to play this weekend, but I can assure you that we'll continue doing all we can to get your account back up and running. I am truly grateful for your continued patience and understanding in this matter."
so 16 days with my account not fixed .
Maybe the new patch 4.6 will be the solution may be the they will fix before that or maybe i will wait for awhile :-(
i will update on monday
