I got banned from the game after 3 years for watching the daily videos

After 3 years of playing this game and many upsets with all sorts of bugs,hackers and glitches Nexon found the ultimate way make me quit the game and make me feel sorry that I ever start playing this game. I was banned because apparently I was “exploiting the crowns” when all I did was watching the daily videos. This is a new low even for Nexon. Shame on you nexon

I still can't watch videos and instant retrain my army. The last 2 months, it has worked maybe 10 times in total. This is unfair and nobody is doing something to fix it. CS just says to wait....

And now a player was banned because they can't fix the game's errors? This is unacceptable

And even if he did, then Nexon should ban all those players that abused the never dying Night witch, the 0.99 sale, blah blah blah the list goes on....you get my meaning right? It is their fault that videos come endless at the end of the day

Well we already got used to the fact that it's easier for Nexon to ban the players exploting bugs, instead of fixing them.

2 players that I've reported 6 months ago are still playing this game.

Yup it’s rare when video actually comes up. Most times the screen goes black and then it crashes the game.

I can guess that the players you reported were cheating against other players, right? I've reported so many players cheating in war, they still around, nothing happened to them. But stealing crowns is cheating against Nexon, hurting it's wallet. They obviously react to that:)

I can only watch 5 per day and l usually get 5 crowns sometimes 10 or 25

I have chosen not to watch the videos. Really what are you getting 75-100 crowns. That's enough to rebuild troops 0.1 time. I will not take a chance with Nexon to ban me for mistakes they make or put temptation in front of me to exploit these bugs. Regardless if you exploit bugs or not Nexon should not ban people but fix the problem. The 0.99 sale on crowns was a glitch they created and lets be honest with ourselves if we were online at that time we would have considered this a score. My point is Nexon fix and repair these glitches don't kick and ban players for your mistakes.

new crown payout is much improved. 50-100 crowns a day usually. adds up fast. nice to rush important buildings

Don't be so quick to assume. There are lots of people who aren't so easily tempted to cheat or steal. If a player thought the 0.99 sale were a legitimate sale, I wouldn't fault them for buying into it, yet I still wouldn't blame Nexon for taking back any crowns or rewinding villages. But knowing and taking advantage of a mistake or exploit is an entirely different animal altogether. I've never had a problem watching the videos for crown offerings and I've never once been tempted to find out how to cheat it. Selling out your integrity over a mobile game isn't exactly a "Sophie's Choice" moment for many people.
