Not really. If he watched those videos 100 times a day, no wonder he got banned.

If the system allows a person to watch videos, regardless of how many times, the person shouldn't be banned because they get more crowns than expected.
Unless someone has knowingly exploited a glitch, they shouldn't be banned, the system should be fixed.

It is a glitch and it is knowingly exploited. The system only allows a person to watch 5 videos daily. Yes, the system should be fixed, not just for this glitch. but for all of them. However, it seems Nexon's choise is to ban players instead fixing bugs.

It seems Nexon is performing some kind of check these days, the leader of our alliance and a co-leader have been banned for the same reason: exploiting crowns
I think it is totally unacceptable to ban users for this reason, I know lots of users that watch more than the 5 allowed videos, if the program allows it why should not I do it ? Nexon should fix this bug instead of banning players.
And what about the tons of other bug and glitches ? Top alliances uses glitches to fill all strongholds with archer elephants in every war, or players grown from to zero to level 300 in three months.

You receive a message when the game starts that you’ve been banned with option to press OK In the game restarts over and over up to that point. You still receive your notification about your upgrades and stuff but you can never login again

@NxM_Suleiman ILissa insists she didn't cheat. Could you look into it, please? Is it possible to seem that one watched more than 5 videos a day if that player has more than one account on the same device? So 5 videos for each account? It wouldn't hurt to check twice, maybe she is telling the truth.


L.E. Should we be afraid to collect crown rewards now? In the past players were mistakenly banned for hunting stags earned at an event, now the daily videos... Is this a twisted way to get rid of the free crowns all together?

Hell yeah I don't want to be banned just because I run 10 accounts in 1 device and watch free videos every day?! I've spent too much time in this game.

Server should carefully recognize our player ID correctly.
Few times I see my player IDs are mismatched, game shows different ID for current profile I'm playing.
I assume this what has happened to OP. Server failed to recognize player ID and put them all together in 1 account.

I don't think Suleiman could help he seems to be in charge in cheat report section only?!
Also in general questions from Junior Members.

Banned for no reason
Yesterday
For 3 weeks now I got banned for watching videos. I have 2 accounts on the same apple device and I use to watch videos on both of them. For some reason in Nexon server appeared that I was “exploiting the crowns” as per Tin Soldier and since they don’t have a tool to identify exactly how many crowns each account got (also as per Tin Soldier)I was presumed guilty and banned. I’m playing this game for 3 years now and in the last 3 weeks I wrote to GM and Tin Soldier daily but I only got 3 vague responses and absolutely no prouf of me cheating. Until the bann poped in on my screen I was not aware that “exploiting the crowns” exist. It’s sad that to see how Nexon answers this situation. Shame on you Nexon. Shame on you Tin Soldier.
