I think there is a bug in troop donation .

I don’t seem to have the issue when watching reward videos but it is absolutely repeatable when searching for an opponent in MP and someone donates to you.

The issue for us is customer support isn't even listening to what is being stated. And with the response times being between 12-24 hours of course we will stay logged in until we get our troops so that way we can use them for wars.

This is what is maddening. i felt like I was being accused by customer support of lying to them. they did not read the issue. I actually took screenshots of my TC troops which was partially filled, calling the tech support out saying they were in fact the liars. I did get a response admitting they “misread” and in fact did not observe what I clearly was showing. Did I get an apology….no. i was so mad that sat out of several wars and could not be bothered with trying to get donated troops. Other people in my alliance are having issue as well but can’t be bothered to report because I have posted my experience with tech support.

for what it’s worth, I seem to get all donated troops from ages lower than drone age. I seem to be able to get high level heavy tanks. I cant get what I want most of the time which is auto age helos. It’s possible that high level mortars or some filler troops cause issues As well

After reporting another failed donation request with screen shots having the time posted in a less than 20 minute window, I get a response wanting to know when it happened. I point out the pics with time stamps. I request troops again because I’m in war. I get these troops. The fecking idiots at tech support post back that I have troops and that there is no issue. Fecking idiots.

I can say that BHG has the worst tech support by far I have ever experienced. I have officially given up trying to help them fix the bug by posting tickets.

it seems like auto age donating helicopters is problematic. possibly, a filler troop like rpg, infrantry or mortar Is an issue. I seem to always get lower age donations. I know if I donate mortars or helicopters to some in my alliance, they don’t always get them. I’m auto age. Maybe it’s something to do with my account. The only way I can reliably get donated troops is to be online in the main screen menu when the donated troops are given. If I am not in the main screen, say watching a video, I more likely than not will get donated helicopters from an auto age player.

I stupidly posted more proof of donation troop bugs to “tech support“. they responded that I had the troops. Never read or looked at the photos. im done. Not sure how these people got a job and still have a job.
