idea of recruiting

I have 3 months that are leaders of a new alliance.but I have difficulty recruiting.
some say the problem is the language,the request must be English and not Italian.
others say that the problem is a new alliance that has no experience
I do not think this is the problem. Because in my recruitment request I have already written that I won 1300 stars in clan wars.
I am a strategist of wars and I always make a plan for all the attacks of a war. I won wars with much stronger opponents of my ex alliance.
But the problem here and the Dominations game because it does not offer much chans to the new alliances of birth. One wants to join a alliance of liv1 with 2-3 people.
and it is very difficult to recruit.
Search I have to write in all forums to recruit !!! ?? does not make sense !!!
it was no better that this thing was possible inside the game with invitations a very simple but effective thing. he wants to join can accept the invitation who instead does not want to just rush.?

I agree. I also think many new players never get into this game because they get suggested a bunch of dead alliances, and never see what is out there....

This is in Nexon's best interest to fix. It is the core of new player retention, and general player retention.
