Defend your city like the Ikko-Ikki with 50% cheaper Wall, Gate, Temple, Castle, Redoubt, and trap upgrades during this limited time event! The Ikko-Ikki were peasants and warrior monks who rebelled against the daimyo (feudal lords) during Japan’s Warring States period. By 1570, the Ikko-Ikki possessed two major fortresses at Nagashima and Ishiyama Honganji. These bases were outfitted with water traps and dikes that could be used to flood areas and slow down attackers. (Event lasts from 14:00 UTC 7/27 until 14:00 UTC 7/31.)

I ALWAYS welcome a 50% wall cost reduction, to me, its the worst grind in the game. I can raid for a couple of hours and only upgrade a few sections of my wall under normal cost.
