Cheat of course. By the way, I'm on iOS and have no Industrial Age yet..but once again, in their greed, the developers f***ked up. They wrote the script into the program for the update everyone downloaded to contain the Industrial Era, so everyone would rush to buy crowns for units and Oil wells, but half assed on the design and wasn't ready to allow transition from Enlightenment yet.

The fact he's in iOSGods should already answer your question.

Being in iOSGods alliance doesn't make you a cheater. In fact, it's more a community group for the website. A website, which indeed offers a wide range selection of cheats, but it's mainly based on everything about iOS so don't accuse the site for something Nexon started by making this game 'pay to win'.

This game isn't p2w as much as others. I'm doing ok and haven't spent more than $10. But well done for making it to industrial age mate!

Why? I don't want to cheat. It's not fun. It's more fun that I'm Better than the cheats and p2w when I play for free haha.

Is the IA on a limited release or have these guys guessed what it would/should look like?

That's what happens when you have good developers but no testing engineers. They moved a transport or group of coding into the production servers. Obviously it was the oil update but they must have it all linked together instead of segregation on updates, defects etc. At the end of the day these guys are not at fault and it's not hacking, they haven't hacked into a Nexon testing server, they have used exploits, it's cracking and that isn't against the law. Nexon does not have a good project team on this game. They have good design people but the solution architects, testing manager and release manager haven't got a clue. Wouldn't get a job in the corporate world.have no concept of program hierarchy, testing and release management etc. I would never cheat, I've earned every bit of progression on this game but I'm glad I haven't spent money on it because it's buggy and full of exploits with no defect management process.

...or an intern accidentally check-out all the code into the latest build and then deployed it to production. :p

But, I'm willing to guess that they were taking the PC game approach where they preload DLCs on the game image and then just get players to pay to unlock them. In this case, the content was available on the game file in the last update and hackers got to it and unlock it for free.
