Information Age Update (v9.0) Slowed Down Planes

All planes are slower now. Please let us know if this was intentional or is a bug.

This is not a bug, it's actually the result of fixing a bug.
We fixed a bug in 9.0 that was incorrectly giving a speed buff to Fighters, Bombers, & Transports when it should have only given the speed buff to the Air Recon plane (Reconnaissance Aircraft: Chapter 2 library tech)
Thank you for making us aware we missed including this in the bug fix list in patch notes, updating them to reflect this now!
