I don't know about any of that, but I can tell you what I do know. iOS has wayyyyyyy more problems than android. I play on android and hear ally members that play iOS complain constantly. As a android user my biggest complaint right now is the crashes. I've recently tried to start playing my gfs account on an iPad, and the problems are 10 fold, mainly with chat and donation. The network error still a affects both

I use an IPad air and have no crashes at all, rarely a yellow wheel, it is totally mixed in our guild who has crashes and who not.
It is possible to change the device as often as you want.
