Is it just me or is the whole offers/free crowns process very frustrating?

I loaded Heckfire on 9 December through the offers portal _ "town hall to level 10" was the instruction

2 days after getting level 10, surprise surprise no crowns

email to the sonic team comes back with "send me screenshots" despite my email already having them attached

now they want proof of the time & date I completed level 10 - what games provide that level of detail?

I find their support service slow, unhelpful and (deliberately) obstructive : anyone else experienced this?

ps I've tried 5 or 6 offers over Xmas due to the double crown ps but only 2 completed automatically so far ☹

And now they have rejected it. Unbelievable
