Is it possible that there is NO WAY to contact customer support?

In spite of the many bugs and various bad updates I'd say I'm still around because I enjoyed the game. With that said now that I actually have a serious problem, where I can not log in and have a perpetual "being scouted" message I'm wondering how in fact you get in touch with support. There is no e-mail, hotline or live chat where you can get in touch with big huge games if you encounter a problem. The only notable option to "try" and get help is in the forums. However even getting acknowledgement from a staff member through the forums is hard. After making posts and sending messages there's still no hit of the possibility of help. I'm seriously wondering if the only actual option which BHG wants us to exercise is getting in touch with the App Store to start tha refunding process. I'd like to keep playing but if there really is no one to contact for help then what other options are we supposed to take?

Madfury, if you're still using that iPad Air 2, try hard-resetting the app by pressing the home key a couple of times, swiping 'up' on the application to clear it from memory, then relaunching afterwards. That's worked for me so far.

Their website seems curiously devoid of a customer service link.

You are Right, there is Nobody, the contact under Support in the Game Leads nowhere. There is Nobody response. In Nexon M you go to support and them you have to mark Forster witsch Game and Land again in a Page where there is no other option them to Click again on support and so on and so on. In Facebook also, there is no activity from Nexon since April. So let's Start Rating the Game with 1 Star.

Let me try that. And see if that works. Although I did try uninstalling the app and backing up my iPad to a previous days format to see if that worked. However it didn't, so I'm assuming the problem isn't a hardware issue. Tried the game on my iPhone as well and I get the same issue.

In this game, there is no way you can contact them. The only way is to wait for them to contact us. This is the game with worst secure ever.

Day 3 and I'm still in limbo. No sign of staff on these forums and my help ticket in the new account I created still has not been answered.

That's the first place I went to and it's a dead end. Once you click on domination part of the support tab it leads you to a virtually blank page. There you can click on support and get redirected back to the pervious page we're you can loop around to the dead end page yet again!

It leads to the support page with the same looks as the forum. Click on dominations and on the bottom of the faq is a contact option.

I pretty much gave up already. Played the game since day one but last week my town got hacked 3 times to industrial age then stone age etc.. I dont think this can be fixed anymore. Its sad of a good game with potentional but all Players i know of are quitting because the massive amount of cheating and hacking.

It would be better to close the servers fix all bugs and let everyone start from scratch in a new release.

This is week 1 for me and I have sent lots of emails and messages throw all the support centres but still nothing I know this sounds mad but seeing all the posts from everyone and knowing they have the same problems our difficulties in there games is a bit reassuring in a way because it means something must get done well I hope so I love the game

Your right but I have spent a lot of time and money on my game money that I have worked for and if that happens who is responsible for giving me that back but you are right there is way to much cheating going on and that is not fair

Yep, welcome to the world of DomiNatioms. And Nexon. And BHG. You drop money into a product, in some cases a grand or more, which turns out to be a hot mess. And to top it off, the company selling the product won't communicate with its (in some cases) paying customers. Imagine if someone gave you a car. It's OK, sort of fun to drive for a week or so. That same person offers to soup it up for money, so you say what the hell, you only live once. You buy new tires, cool. Throw in a new radio, great. Have it painted a new color, now you're all pimped out. Sure, it cost some coin, but now it's really fun to drive. Then one day you walk outside, and instead of your hot new ride, there's a bicycle with no pedals and a flat tire sitting in the driveway. And it turns out that the guy who originally gave you the car screwed you and took it back. You call him, he's changed his number. You try to email him, but the dude doesn't have an email account. You pedal your busted a** bike to the garage, but the dude's left town. Probably in your car. This, my friends, is called theft. It's called fraud. It's called: you've been screwed. In my scenario, you'd be calling the cops, not posting to a forum begging the people who've just screwed you to please unscrew you. Same goes for this foul up of epic proportions. If you've spent money, get it back. If you haven't, let your voice be heard and rate this game accordingly.
