Test in my own challenge, drop a MRL near a wonder no blessing on both sides , the MRL have only about 4.000 dps in one attack and time between each attack is shorter than 6s. They are advertised to attack with 10 rocket x 1320 damage each!
the non upgraded MRL damage buildings slower than my max CW Heavy artillery. Though not too much slower and they require only 8 troop space vs 9 on Heavy Artillery, and they can be boosted more in Library. They are factory unit so they require different blessing and coalition than the Heavy Artillery.
