We all know that the reduction effect of this game cannot exceed -85%, except for the “generation guard time” is not applicable. As shown in the picture, I would like to ask, among different items, these two items are both aimed at the reduction effect of aircraft damage. But are these two items combined not to exceed -85%?

Or are these actually different items and do not use this formula?

yes, they do stack. To get max anti air units damage, you only need Filipinos and ASDIC
