We need to fill these slots. Not in a rush, and looking for active people. You will start out as a regular Destroyer until I can figure out who is right for each role. Our chain of command is divided into 5 strings. Purple, Blue, Green, Yellow, and Orange. There will be a council consisting of the Defense and War Advisors, Alliance Advisor, and Leader and Co-Leader.
It is currently only me. Although I want to wait a bit to pick advisors and co-leader, the earlier you join the more I get to know you (hint, hint).
String: Min Star-Level
Purple: 0
Blue: 200, All Blue must outrank Purple.
Green: Council picked. Green must outrank Blue.
Yellow: Leader/Co-Leader Picked.
Orange: Co-Leader is Leader picked.
Position Descriptions:
Leader: In charge of providing reliable means of communication and ensuring the effectiveness of the alliance. In charge of hosting the alliance.
Co-Leader: Ensuring Advisors meet their tasks and goals. Communicating with all other members if assistance is needed. Improving morale of the alliance.
Elite 3: Three people picked by the Leaders to do special badass missions.
Commander: In charge that lieutenants are meeting quotas and ensuring that lieutenants have what they need to complete required agendas.
Lieutenants: Relaying commands to their Sergeants and ensuring they're doing what they're supposed to be.
Sergeants: Must be able to maintain and lead a group of 6 Destroyers. Must ensure Destroyers are meeting quotas.
Destroyers: Fight for loot and provide troops when needed.
Defense Advisor: Will lead a team of three Defense Researchers to come up with official strategies in Defense tactics. Will also notify the rest of the alliance of these tactics.
Defense Researcher: Will conduct research to come up with the best defense strategy. May give unofficial advise to our allies.
War Advisor: Will lead a team of three Tactics Researchers to come up with official Attack Tactics. Will also notify the rest of the alliance of these tactics.
Tactics Researcher: Will conduct research to come up with the best attack strategy. May give unofficial advise to our allies.
Alliance Advisor: Will lead a team of five Alliance Monitors to monitor the alliance for behavior.
Alliance Monitor: Will recruit and introduce new allies to the alliance. Will resolve conflicts within the alliance and monitor activeness and seek out unfavorable allies. Will monitor discussion forum.
