..thanks. I mean really thanks. I scouted this forum starting around April and joined in May I think, and when I came on moderation was nonexistent. It seemed like it was a free for all of poster attacks, spam was awful and players were being called out, some of whom may or may not have been cheating. I don't know what happened...but there is a huge change. I know we complain a lot on this and other boards....but your constant presence here has not gone unnoticed. I, for one, really appreciate your time and dedication. I don't know how much of our rants, rambles and suggestions you actually pass on, because I don't work for Nexon. But you have really shown us that someone is listening and monitoring things here. For the first time, I really feel like our voices are being heard. Just wanted to say thank you.

Why thanks Honestly, I try to consolidate and pass on as much of the constructive feedback as possible, and I use the complaints and rants to give the team an idea of what issues are most angry-making to you guys. It's but one tool in the arsenal of making a game people like, and I think it's an important one (hence why I do this job!). Glad to hear I'm making a dent; I have great support from Neko and 'Sloth

Yes, I think there's a big improvement. In-game customer service is also a lot better too. I've played the game since December and still like it. The overall design and gameplay makes it fun. I just hope you can kick the hackers in the pants and iron out the bugs. Good job guys, keep at it.
