Last war gone!

It is as though our last war never happened! We beat our opponents 200 to 140 something, but the result is not in our history, and none of my allies received any loot. Anybody else had this happen?

That sucks man. Wars take a lot of investment, be it money, time,effort. It horrible something like that should happen.

I've seen this happen to one of my old clans way way back, when I was starting out. Didn't get any help from anyone back then.

Yes this happened to us a couple weeks ago. Our war disappeared, so we contacted CS and waited about 3 days before deciding to just start a new war. Then CS reset the new war as if we weren’t in it. Unfortunately they did not reset our opponent, who handily won the war we weren’t in so we lost glory on that one too. Never did receive the lost war rewards.

Classic CS doing a half baked job. I don’t bothere to even contact them any more. Guarantee 100% they don’t even read your request and will ask a stupid question back which if they had read the request would know the answer

I contacted CS and everyone in my alliance got 300 crowns. That doesn't compensate us for the resources expended and time, but it's better than nothing I suppose.

We have had that happen once to our alliance. I don't know if this was exactly the case for your alliance but for us it went this way. We got our opponent and we loaded the bases with troops as usual but what we saw within an hour or two was that our opponent changed to another alliance. It was a while back but it was initially a korean than it changed to a russian. Since it was the first time we didn't think anything of and we went though the routine. It was almost the same glory gain/loss ratio for both opponents. Win 100 lose like 600+. We fought the opponent and smashed them to bits with 100-60 and what happened once it ended? It switched back to the first opponent and it showed that we lost 82-0. Because we didn't technically battle them of course we didn't get any stars. It cost us 600+ glory and while we complained I think we got 200 crowns each for those that messaged cs which was not worth the loss in glory/time/troop cards.

Same thing happened to my alliance and we got 300 crowns. It happened again yesterday, but at least the war didn't start this time before it happened.
