Loot available from raids

Could someone please explain to me how loot(food and gold) is calculated from raids. Example - If i am classical age and i attack a classical age base with 100K of gold and 100K of food, what is the percent I can get if I 5 star the base. next question - If I am classical age and I attack a higher or lower age base, do the percentages change for the max I can get from the raids??

I want to know too. Is there any loot penalty % if I attack lower Ages or a loot bonus % when I attack higher Ages.

I don't know about the loot bonus/penalties for attacking different ages, but the base amount of loot available is roughly the following (according to loading screen tip)

~25% of whatever is in your Mills & Markets
~50% of whatever is in your Farms & Caravans
Your roads' gold can be stolen by destroying the town center, I assume this is probably 50% too.

British gives you about 5-10% of the total loots right?

Not sure about the British loot bonus percentage as I play Japanese. However, my friends who do play with Britain say that the bonus loot isn't really anything crazy and they're actually quite disappointed with it.
