Why haven't I read a real response why some ppl received medals they lost back (because of your server and bugs) and others have not? As someone who's lost hundreds of medals and continues to lose connection I DEMAND A RESPONSE!

Maybe if your winning to losing medal ratio was actually sensible I (and I am sure countless others) wouldn't raise a stink, but when the majority of players I c pay out an ave. of 1-5 medals if u win (IF!) and lose 36-39 if u lose, something is not right here. To make it worse when I get attacked (always by bigger players, which is fine) I lose a ton of medals...I have no idea how some ppl have 4000 + medals based on your wacky medal system, but pls do something about that as well.

And to make things even sweeter, I just attacked 3 different players in an hour period.

1) 1st att. was 100% (with tc x'2 taken out in under a minute) the loot was a lot of each. Get to the result screen, here comes the 2 minute bs warning and what do I c...the golden circle of doom! A minute or so goes by and conveniently I lose connection! Come back on and instead of +35 medals I get +14 and my army missing! The loot...u already know the answer.

2) 2nd att. was normal. (Lucked out)

3) 3rd att. same as the 1st (almost, didn't get the tc in under a minute) 100% get to the result screen...yup same problem...lost connection. Come back on instead of +5 medals I lose -32, troops, zeps and generals gone! Loot...don't care as much as the medals and everything else.

Pretty sure I won't get a response and if I do it won't be something that will rectify my loses. That's the problem with this game! Do u ever wonder how many ppl quit because of your patronizing responses and lack of compassion when ppl use their own time (and sometimes $) to play your game only to b f'd by it with no remorse, accountability and compensation on your end?

Funny story (and the tip of what I've dealt with for over a year). I little while back i sent an ss to CS and then to someone who wanted to help off of Twitter (he reached out to me after seeing me gripe about it, he's employed by Nexon). I lost connection on a 100% kill (a shock ik) Come back on and lost -37 medals and everything else. The kicker...the replay showed (before I lost connection) I still had a 50%+ destruction % lol. CS and this gentleman's answer..."nothing we can do".

Similar thing happened to me as per your #1 point. Response from CS was something like ''We're looking into the issue ..... We appreciate your patience .... we hope you continue to enjoy Dominations ....''
Army gone but no compensation and ''conversation'' was closed after my reply to their reply - without me being able to reply again!! (No, I was polite in my reply). As I said in another thread - very disheartening when they treat loyal - and paying - customers this way ....

The frustrating thing for me is: I don't only complain to CS about failed attacks - I've sent plenty of screenshots of suspected cheater bases or stacked bases - as well as anomalies experienced while playing or silly AI issues while playing. I figure the more info Nexon gets, the better chance they'll have to improve things and I do this without expecting compensation. However, it would be nice - after 14 months and 4 nations worth of playing - to get something, just once .....

Even with the recent medal loss issue - where, you're right Fable , some people did get their medals returned and others got compensation - this would've been a timely opportunity for Nexon to say ''OK, we messed up big time - here's something ..... ''. A simple gesture would've gone a long way Nexon!!

THAT's customer service - recognising what's really important - and what's important is NOT hoarding your crowns like you're a squirrel heading into winter!!

PS: Nexon - in case it's not clear enough - WE are what's important.

Ppl that know me know the only time I express my opinion on things is when I (or my clanmates/friends/family) r slighted or when a wrong occurs and it continues without any corrective action. In this case it's the latter and it's become unprecedented.

Still waiting for a response from anyone who works for Nexon. Sadly I don't think anyone there has the moxey to respond.

All I want is what was STOLEN from me yes, STOLEN! I am not asking for crowns or a hand out, I simply want what I've spent time and money on...medals. I've taken all the right avenues concerning this (repeatedly contacted CS, followed what Seraphine requested, provided SS where applicable) only to b informed "there's nothing we can do" or "its being looked into". And again I read on these forums other ppl got their medals back that they lost and u think I am not going to b irate?

I've estimated since I started playing around 14 months ago I've lost well over 1000 medals, at least 2 dozen attacks in WW (which resulted in a handful of loses, which results in lost loot and war stars), multiple millions of gold and food, tens of thousands of oil, several hundred crowns and countless hours of my time. What have I've gotten back in all that time...100 crowns...

But I won't quit playing, I am the leader of a great clan (Honor * Virtue) and have spent too much time and $ to just lie down. I want my medals back, thats all I am asking for! Don't give me a generic response on this either, you've been called out, man up and do the RIGHT thing NEXON! U could ignore my posts, ban me (again) from your forum, but until I c compensation of some sort for me and others u have STOLE from I will not stop this crusade. Good day.

The medal loss issue is still actively under investigation by the dev team. Support has not and doesn't even have the option to restore medals. I've checked just to confirm this.
These connection errors are the bulk of what the teams have been discussing and looking at ways to address. Since 4.1 released, quite a few adjustments have
already been made and more are still to come.

I know the Dev team wants to get this taken care of. As I've said in other threads, these fixes are not easy but I understand the frustration. I'm a gamer and long term DomiNations fan myself, so I get it.

Please reach out to support when this happens and I'm sure they will do what they can. Tho returning medals just isn't possible.

I appreciate your response and all the info,but please tell your Dev team that this is something that should be possible (returning medals).If Fable has a replay,screenshots and all that,it should be perfectly possible. Or at least crown compensation (unfortunately HUGE,as you surely know what is to lose IA or GBA army including generals and planes)

I think that lot of players from Kingdom,Empire and Dynasty are your payers and long time gamers (word-of-mouth marketing etc) so they should be take care appropriately.

So some individuals r lying is what u r saying (about restored medals)? CS is useless, I've contacted them countless times, again I've only EVER received generic responses and 100 crowns.

Why tell ppl to contact CS with problems (and attach ss with said problems if applicable) to have NOTHING happen? Why do u think ppl r commenting in these forums about this stuff? CS. DOES. NOTHING! I've been dealing with this frustration for over a year and it only heightened when WW were introduced! How long does it take for ppl to work out these bugs? Nexon is pretty fortunate they have a solid core of dedicated players still playing (& paying). Playing chicken with your consumers is not a savvy business strategy. Maybe the devs should work on something giving back to the players who've endured this catastrophe for all these months. Lol contact CS, that's a good 1...

I want my medals back, I don't care if they don't have a way (which I believe is bs). They certainly cash the checks I send them, no? What would happen if a check I sent bounced? Should I reply; I will b looking into this, pls have patience? Would that b acceptable? So why would myself and countless others who've been ROBBED not expect some act of decency on Nexon's end?

Ok how about this; instead of my medals back, I'll take a check totalling every single $ i've spent and I'll gladly quit this game for good. 2 options, I won't just go away until Nexon makes things right will all the ppl it's STOLE from!

100 Crowns is the global policy. This is set for all regions and specific to just this issue. I'm not able to change that nor can Customer Support. I can't comment on what others are saying may have happened, I haven't seen these comments but I do know that the policy is followed to the letter.

The reason I say (and others) to make sure you've contacted support is because support tracks these issues and complies data that is crucial in assisting the game developers. The more information support can provide the developers, the sooner a fix can get underway. Unfortunately, some issues take longer to resolve than others. Deploying a fix that we think might work is just as bad as the bug itself. So lots of testing must go on in order to make sure that the fix will actually do as it's intended to do.

I've said this before, and I'm fine with saying it again, support gives the most relevant answer to address the issue that they have at the time. I'm more than happy to look in to this further for you, so hit me up with an inbox PM with your UID. Nexon does not offer refunds. I encourage you to reach back out to the support team for any other issues you might have.

Nb4powerup - we're all (at least l am) aware of the ''standard'' compensation but l haven't even seen that. Some people on here might be familiar with my little crusade, a few weeks ago, concerning the medal loss. There might be a number of reasons for various medal losses but l discovered one cause and sent plenty of info to CS - screenshots, medal totals before & after, battle times, battles opponents, numerous(!) emails, ..... - safe to say plenty of data of EACH occurrence.
Not only did l not get any medals restored (and l understand the reason behind the algorithm preventing it) but not once did l get the token compensation Nexon is so reluctant to give. In fact, after 35 emails back and forth on one issue - that's right, 35! - Nexon made it quite clear many times that compensation would not be forthcoming.

As an aside: l had to read about about the fix in the general ''Updates'' section on the forum - CS didn't even have the courtesy to reply to my email thread on the issue. Maybe they couldnt find the end of the 35 email thread??!

Customer Service ...... where??!!!

Not surprised, another thing that doesn't help when contacting CS is instead of continuing the email trail (with the initial individual) I've noticed (several times) when u reply after u receive the generic message another person takes over...why? It doesn't make sense to start the same conversation over and over.

I won't call anybody out, but concerning the conversation on the reimbursement of medals, its found in the News and Announcement section of this forum. Why would anyone contact CS when nothing will change? U said it yourself, they won't reimburse...anything. Send ss? Sure, but it doesn't matter. THAT'S THE PROBLEM! Even when there's 100% proof it doesn't matter! That's absolutely unacceptable. Again ty for at least taking the time to chime in, but it seems I need to make others aware what type of a company Nexon is through social media. This won't go away.

100 crowns compensation?In Empire?

Sorry but thats laughable.Its not even for crowning half of my army back and Im not even talking about that you have to battle several times to compensate 30 medal loss.

The anger and frustrarion is what keeps us frustrated and talking. Imagine the game with no bugs, we wouldnt be talking about as mich on here and players wouldnt be so driven from frustration and anger to keep going to make up for whar was lost. It works in Nexons favor so they keep at it is one possibility in my opinion.

Pretty funny there's no "fix" for lost medals and stuff, but there's STILL a bug that DOES THIS, like it's the consumers fault, lol.

Only thing we can do is make other ppl (who play or who might actually consider it) aware of Nexon as a company. Maybe Nexon will care when their customers keep giving 1 star reviews. Because it's obvious they have no intention of making things right with anyone who's lost something playing this game.

It's not about the medals, it's about Nexon not fixing or rectifying the problem...oh and the countless bs/excuses we have to endure.

Somebody SHOULDN'T have to contact CS countless times with ss (that they ask for!) to b told (even with proof) "sorry there's nothing that can be done"...

Exactly.We have a new player in our aliance who wanted to spend some $$$ but we warned to not till Nexon doesnt repair at least some of those bugs

Both Nexon and BHG do their best to resolve any issues or errors that might occur. Like cheaters, we do not like game bugs either. The development team works tirelessly to address these bugs but your reports to customer support are needed as well. These reports provide the data needed in order to track these things down.

I'm all up for civil discussions but rants are not on the menu. Please feel free to PM me with any feedback or reach back out to the support team.
