AS I CAN SEE MANY OF THEM ALSO HAVING SAME PROBLEM AS MINE. I WAS SO ANGRY AND SAD ABOUT THIS MATTER. CURRENT LEVEL 47 , GOING TO 48 SOON. YESTERDAY SOMEONE 7/5/2015 9.36PM GMT ATTACKED MY BASE. WHEN I LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT TO TAKE A LOOK. IT BECAME A FUCKING NOOB BASE LEVEL 26!!!! EVERYTHING IS GONE. I HOPE ALL GM TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AND NOT TO IGNORE MY MESSAGES , EMAILS, AND PRIVATE MESSAGES. HOPE I CAN GET A REPLY SOON! NOT LOSING HOPE ON DOMINATIONS!

One way this makes playing impossible is that to remove one forest costs 300,000 gold. The number of forests I have cleared is maintained, so it becomes impossible. Also, I can't advance to the next age of my town because I don't have enough "experience points" but there is nothing left to upgrade to earn them.

This bug is really a gamebreaker. My investment in my people is wiped out. I am very disappointed that Gooners has not received any reply from his ticket after a week on this problem.

Oh man yeah yours is bad, sorry to see that. Feel bad about all who were affected negatively. I will say that when they had that big hiccup a couple weeks ago, they did send out crowns to those affected, including me and I was awarded 4k crowns. I've spent probably $40 on this game so far..but won't be spending anymore probably.

I don't mind, too much, what I was left with when this happened. I was given 2 town halls, ability for 100+ walls, full caravans, and more. Albeit, they are much lower level than I was, but I have made the best of a bad situation. I may be called an exploiter for having 2 town halls, so many walls, so on and so forth, but I did post to the in game support, got tired of being rolled over, posted that I was going to take advantage of what their game did to me, and did. Sure, I have put money into it, before the issue, and afterwards, and not to mention my time, but who cares. They can ban me, it was their fault for lack of timely customer service, they could roll me back to the stone age. It is a game.

change nation bug - lowered my numerical level by 8

another bug but when I spent the crowns to change to romans, my level dropped numerically by 8 levels. It is minor but may be important for later where level requirements are needed for upgrade to a different age. Also, no other things were changed and I maintained my upgrades, etc. Thanks.

I have the same Problem.. WTH i was in Antique and was heading to Middle Age but now all is gone, my walls everthing. there a wonder i dont even build! WTH

I lost my village this afternoon. I was a level 39 classical age, medieval age in 2 hours and now I was dropped to level 13 with nothing ! I read that many other players are experiencing the same thing, please fix it asap or you will definitely lose me and many other players because of this annoying bug.. I've already sent you a customer complaint ticket withOut any answer. I really hope that you will address this issue very soon, because to be honest as a player we have tried our best to understand all of your lagging/force close/network stability issue and many other bugs.. But this bug Is simply UNACCEPTABLE.. Please read our complaints and take action about it. Thanks.

A few days ago I renewed "Dominations", and unfortunately I've found out that my village was substituted for another one, which is rather worse than my own used to be. Moreover, my level in the game was reduced. Twice I have wrtitten to the technical support, but no answer was received. The village is not mine, my progress has been lost, and I don't know what to do.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

For those of you that have had this problem, please Contact Customer Support and note the date that the switch happened - i.e. note the date that your base was intact. If you have done so already, please make sure to update the case with your last known good date.

Lost my village a few days ago also and haven't heard anything back from customer service...very frustrated went from a level 50 to a iron age level 21...lost everything I refuse to start over so I called apple support and they refunded me all my money back I spent playing this game...it has terrible support!!
