AS I CAN SEE MANY OF THEM ALSO HAVING SAME PROBLEM AS MINE. I WAS SO ANGRY AND SAD ABOUT THIS MATTER. CURRENT LEVEL 47 , GOING TO 48 SOON. YESTERDAY SOMEONE 7/5/2015 9.36PM GMT ATTACKED MY BASE. WHEN I LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT TO TAKE A LOOK. IT BECAME A FUCKING NOOB BASE LEVEL 26!!!! EVERYTHING IS GONE. I HOPE ALL GM TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AND NOT TO IGNORE MY MESSAGES , EMAILS, AND PRIVATE MESSAGES. HOPE I CAN GET A REPLY SOON! NOT LOSING HOPE ON DOMINATIONS!

Mods - This issue isn't specific to your latest update. Several of us experienced this issue weeks ago (you'll see old threads and support cases). I was on 1.2.51 back on 4/21 when it happened. Since I lost my village from level 53 to level 39, I've not played again, I've lost a lot of medals and now stuck and very frustrated!!!. This issue needs to to fixed as soon as possible cos it seems to have affected lots and lots of players and it's making the nice game suck Nexon should pls tell us something and let's see that they are doing something about it

Last time played before problem : Saturday 10am UTC (approximately) was at about level 47, normal log out.
First time played with problem Saturday 8pm UTC (approximately) now at level 28, some buildings missing, some relocated, wonders replaced, cleared area changed.

Currently I'm running the latest version 1.3.62 (according to google play store). I updated the app at 05/08/2015.

I lost my village after updating the game to the last version. After raiding an enemy base (after the total loot screen) when I go back to my home village it's suddenly changed into a level 10 village.

Hope I can get my village back to the way exactly like before I lost it. It would be uncomfortable if I get my village back but have been edited by other player.

I was really enjoying this game and I want to keep going at it but I'm not gonna play someone elses base. The game is just gonna sit on my phone as I check every day or so to see if my base is back to normal. This game was kicking the crap out of clash of clans for me because there was more to do than upgrade and then sleep for 3 days.

I have experienced the exact same thing where my base seemed to be traded with a level 48 base. My base was previously level 41 and waiting to finish he upgrade to the medieval age. I submitted this to support but have received nothing in return. The only thing unmodified is my town center which is half inside of a forest. I have screenshots of my base before and after if they are needed. Please resolve this as fast as possible. Also I wonder if it is worth playing during the swap. Will any advancements made affect the older base such as gold gained/ food gained when swapped back. I have no idea what caused this switch but the alliance gate is now broken and I was close to finishing the town center upgrade. I had also recently assigned three workers to clear a forest but following the swap they were back in my worker pool, however the workers assigned tot eh town center upgrade were still there. Please get this sorted and thanks!

As i can see my phone right now , my current version is 1.3.62 updated on 8 may 2015. My base change to a noob base on 7 may. 9.36PM GMT SINGAPORE TIME. A attacker attack my base when i load into my base , it became a lvl 26 base which is my current base right now. I really hope u can solve this problem. Been waited for 5 days already. Still nothing solved. Thanks.

Agreed, this happened to me before I installed the latest version. I am very sure of this as I had actually hoped installing the latest version would fix the issue.
Having said that, my base was swopped with a base 6 levels below me, with a different wonder. Since this has happened, I have continued playing on that new base, and I am now back to the level I was before the issue. So if the servers are rolled back, I certainly hope youre not setting me back 6 levels yet again to my original base. All I would really want at this stage is give me a free wonder swop to get my old one back, and fix the issue that prevents me from building a second wonder. I was in the process of building my second wonder on my original base, and it seems the game now registers I have already built a second wonder, so the option is not open to me.

As for what I was doing when this error occured, I wasnt even logged into the game. A friend that I'm playing with told me to go check my base, when he visited me he saw that it looks like ive gone back a few levels.

If your plan is to give back our own bases somehow, and I am set back yet again, please keep in mind that a few hundred crowns is not going to get me back up where I was. You will have to think bigger than that. Its basically 12 levels of time looting and upgrading that I am losing. It matters to me, as we are a few friends that came over to this game together, and I will then be the furthest behind.Even though I started playing first,and play the most.

Is it just me or this game has one of the worse customer support ever? So much for trying to take over clash of clans fan base when they don't even take care of customers. I was a lv 44 roman and now turned to lv 27 roman. Originally played coc and was excited with dominations for what it has to offer. Dont get me wrong, i'm not just a noob in coc. I'm a lv 101 town hall 9. I quit coc to play dominations and then this happened. Time to go back to coc then.

WEEKS? Aw, hell no. I'll give them another day to fix my base, then I'm asking Apple to refund every dime I've spent in the game

It seems that it might be futile, but I thought I'd add my lost village to this mix. My username is Maelonna, I was level 49 with Hanging Gardens and the Coliseum. I also had at least 200-500k in food/coin saved up. One morning I log in for the first time and I have a much different village. Level 41 with Pyramids and the Forbidden City, and a hell of a lot less resources banked. And a terrible wall layout. What's strange is that the buildings are not the same level as mine were, but I still have access to my higher level options (for example, their Blacksmith is not high enough level for Ballista, but I have it as an option in the army). I am using an iPhone Plus, iOS 8.3, and I believe Game Version 1.3.0 which was last updated on 5/6 but this issue didn't happen until yesterday (5/11).

I refuse to play someone else's village, and I sincerely hope no one is playing mine. I hope you all figure out this problem.
