AS I CAN SEE MANY OF THEM ALSO HAVING SAME PROBLEM AS MINE. I WAS SO ANGRY AND SAD ABOUT THIS MATTER. CURRENT LEVEL 47 , GOING TO 48 SOON. YESTERDAY SOMEONE 7/5/2015 9.36PM GMT ATTACKED MY BASE. WHEN I LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT TO TAKE A LOOK. IT BECAME A FUCKING NOOB BASE LEVEL 26!!!! EVERYTHING IS GONE. I HOPE ALL GM TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AND NOT TO IGNORE MY MESSAGES , EMAILS, AND PRIVATE MESSAGES. HOPE I CAN GET A REPLY SOON! NOT LOSING HOPE ON DOMINATIONS!

Incredible this game is so unstable!! I logged in this morning to find someone else's base on my account. I've lost so much progress. Please return my account to me, thank you. My nation is Chinese, I had forbidden city, now I have hanging gardens, and a partially built Terracotta Army???? All walls are much lower, I've just lost everything...crazy Please help.

5 days and counting, I've still got the wrong village. I had a generic reply from support few days ago in game and nothing else since. I hope they are making good progress on a fix.

As of now the forest I paid for removal is still there and hindering me to build my effective layout. I appreciate the mod-reply that it's apparently worked on with high priority. Iam patience in this matter but to be honest Iam not to comfortable spending more on removing other parts of the forest and/or upgrade other things. Good luck identifying all affected players and hopefully come up with a reasonable compensation for us as well.! But in the first place I hope this will get fixed sooner than later, since I really enjoy playing this game a lot like many many others! I am really pissed off now. I just login to see my nation has become a newbie. In game: Balwin I was suppose to be Lvl 52. Now it has become Lvl 40.

Hi Everyone,

Maybe I'm not in the right place, but since this morning, I can't launch the game.
It tells me that a new upgrade is available and transfert me on the "google apps" website.
But I can't download the game again because it detects that I already have it on my phone.

Do I have to uninstall the game and download it again to have the latest version ?
Or maybe there is somewhere an "upgrade" button that I didn't see.

I have the same Problem. Yesterday at late evening i wanted to do an upgrade shortly after a fight. Then they game crashed, after reloading it i had another city with another level. I was lvl 53 i think and now i am lvl 43 and dont have as many crowns i had before. I paid for the crowns. I think the people who already paid for the game should have priority Support. Your game is really great, but losing crowns should not happen!!! It is the first game i paid for and now this? Please fix it fast, i need to play ;-) its weekend^^.

I've the same problem. After the update i was able to login, but the village is messed up completly. Wrong placement of wrong buildings, wrong wonders and als lost my level, from 40 to 17. No tesponse from support so far. With a crappy village like that i have no fun to play any further, i'm getting attacked continiously and lose my medals...come on guys, fix that issue and grant the users some kind of compensation

Fuck gm, i think this eror just after last update, but i has been for 1 month and u dont care, i spent money to play this, but u dont care about the eror! Damn u! I dont play this game anymore stupid game, better play COC! Putang ina you!
