AS I CAN SEE MANY OF THEM ALSO HAVING SAME PROBLEM AS MINE. I WAS SO ANGRY AND SAD ABOUT THIS MATTER. CURRENT LEVEL 47 , GOING TO 48 SOON. YESTERDAY SOMEONE 7/5/2015 9.36PM GMT ATTACKED MY BASE. WHEN I LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT TO TAKE A LOOK. IT BECAME A FUCKING NOOB BASE LEVEL 26!!!! EVERYTHING IS GONE. I HOPE ALL GM TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AND NOT TO IGNORE MY MESSAGES , EMAILS, AND PRIVATE MESSAGES. HOPE I CAN GET A REPLY SOON! NOT LOSING HOPE ON DOMINATIONS!

We'll after 1 week I finally have my town back, lost all the resources I had built up, but hey got my town back, although the 1k crowns gift is a bit insulting due to the extent of this issue but hey it's fixed

Glad it's fixed for you, perhaps they are fixing one account at a time....... Im still stuck with someone's else village and all the bugs that came with it. :-(

I cant enter my village.every time i am tryng to enter games game automatly close. The good part: my village is fixed...i cant see it buth my friends from my ally anounced me that my village is back

My lvl 34 village also gone, and exchange with other player's lvl 13 village. How can this happen when the game was link to individual google account? And until today also no reply from Nexon even though i have made complain via the in game customer report, which is very frustrating after spending so much time in this game. It seems like no GM or site moderator to check this forum which is very disappointing.

My second post to this forum. My account is still broken, still no word or reply from company, and I am still an unhappy customer. I am genuinely happy for those who look to be progressing, but this is without a doubt the worst client support I have ever seen. It's a shame too because I really liked playing the game when it worked. I would welcome some update from the company, but that does not seem to be their style.

I'm glad to hear that some of the players of gotten their villages back! Did they do anything about the battles that occurred during the bug? The loss of Time medals and resources not to mention the frustration. I would hope that they would address this as well and not just have players a settle with the lost. Do they really expect us to purchase more crowns after this ? All the money that we have paid for this headache! Thanks Willsburg

We'll as I said before my town got restored.... But today.... Can't access it due to enemy scouts being in the area...... Correct me if I'm wrong but the game does not have a scouting unit, and if it did why would it prevent people from accessing their game for almost an hour?

I've had the same happen to me. Went to bed Friday Level 42 Medieval Age and woke up Saturday morning, level gone back to 16 with hardly any buildings and alliance gate not repaired even though I should be on Level 2 Alliance. The medal table stayed the same but now that I keep getting attacked as have no defence (I even had a castle), my medal table is declining. Now it just won't load at all, saying 501 Server Exception. I hope this means that it is under repair!

Hi guys,

I had an Iron age civilisation. I was playing the game and went away from my iPad for about a minute with the app still on the screen.

When I came back the game did the usual re-load (with the logos at the introduction), and suddenly my base was a fraction of the size (most of the buildings have gone), the map and layout are different and all of my achievements, resources and experience have disappeared. I went from level 12 to level 5. The issue seems very similar to everyone elses.

The screen says I'm in the Iron age, yet the next Town Center upgrade is to go to the Bronze age.

I'm obviously pretty devastated about this, is there anything you can do to help? I've already read the support centre, and I can confirm that i've always been logged into the Game Centre (only one account), and I've only used one device.

I'm using iOS, Game Centre ID is AnyDevil

The issue affected me somewhere between 2:45-3:00pm 18th May UK TIME (i.e. GMT+1).

I'm apparently Player ID: 3093782 (not sure if the number has changed as a result of this issue!)

Back in my old alliance after server maintenance

As the heading says. I could quit the alliance but when I tried to join my "present" alliance I couldn't. "You are already in an alliance". After that, the I got the message "You have joined X" which is my old clan. Again. So yeah, this is not working.

Just noticed that I couldn't quit the old alliance. After a couple of seconds I get the Alliance Update! saying I have joined X.

My Crowns Balance suddenly went Negative

I logged in at 5pm e.s.t. and read the latest admin message. When I went back to my village, my crowns balance was negative. This happened to me once before. If I buy more crowns, the number is deducted from the negative number, but never goes positive. (I suppose if I spent a few hundred it would; NOT. )

My crowns are negative too...I spend lots of money on this game and to get negative crowns is like a slap in the face. Can someone please fix this issue asap?
