Low amount of oil in victory chest

Has anyone everyone received a super low oil amount of 198 for completing victory chest I went to customer service and they said it was correct. I am at 2054 medals when I completed it I thought minimum amount was 6000?

There are definite problems with the victory chest, but CS denies everything. I used to get 3 or 4 NTGs, but now only 1. I'm in same league.

I usually maintain over 2000 medals and get over 15,000 in oil from the Victory Chest. Last time was 198. Not sure why. Perhaps because I got over 2200 medals and dropped a level back down into the 2000-2199 Level? Transparency could be nice here.

The answer you are looking for is, "The development team is subpar and introduces dozens upon dozens of bugs in every update."

You're all surprised that Nexon would lower the amounts of freebies?
At Atomic I get half as much cider and metal with 8 trees / 3 mines than I used to get with 4 trees / 2 mines when I was Gunpowder.

NTGs have completely dried up even in lower leagues. Not even getting them in 5 star victories and I have done backc to back battles....around 200 and ZILTCH on NTGs

Of course, every time you think you're getting a new research to improve something, there is also a silent nerf Nexon adds in the same patch/age. As we got more bushes and mines, we started getting less cider/stone from each. As we get more villagers with new ages, buildings start costing more villagers to upgrade. Now that we got University researches to increase the number of NTGs, baseline NTGs have mysteriously dropped in frequency. Sometimes we just get a silent nerf with no research to counter it, like with TH price tripling.

The whole system is completely broken.

It does seem fundamentally obuse to make coaltitions require so many NTGs yet NTGs are so hard to come by.
In a perfect world, NTGs for basic coalitions should take no more than a day or two, enough time to get what you need before each war.
The current game mechanics offers little incentive towards playing for fun. I can understand the wars should be hard, but getting ready for wars should be fun.

That is an unusually low amount of oil. The team will be investigating their value in Victory Chests.

yeah, only getting 198 oil for around 1900 medals. when i am around 2100 medals it's around 16k oil.

I'm around 2700 medals and its 26k oil
