Component Material Cost is completed

There is an issue with the decrease of the material requirements for components when trying to assemble a component with the new rate. I'm receiving the following error message but as you can see in the screenshot, I have the required amount to assemble.

There was a decrease in material requirements ???
Or are you referring to the new Uni leader?

@King Crimson I'm in reference to the new leader, Ransom (Component Material Cost gives a 5% discount to components)

Having same issue, finished the component cost and clearly have enough resource but wont let me make it.

For those of you still experiencing this issue, have you downloaded the latest update (12.11)? We've not required the update for all players yet, which should happen soon, but it does have a fix for a similar issue.

Do you have Ransom Olds (as OP has shared) and are you well above the minimum required amount to assemble the component?

There should be a fix in 12.11 for this issue when you have an exact amount of materials to assemble a component.
